Professional
Engineering leader.
Team builder.
I develop engineers and emerging leaders, build teams, and shape engineering direction. At Grab, I lead mobile teams working on GrabFood and GrabExpress, helping people grow and teams take ownership of their work.
My background spans web, backend, and mobile engineering.
My professional path.
From web applications in Moscow to mobile products and engineering leadership in Singapore.
2021 – today
Leading through people.
I became an engineering manager for GrabExpress in 2021, with my role expanding to GrabFood in 2024. My work now brings together engineering direction, product delivery, and the development of engineers and emerging leaders across distributed teams.
2018 – 2021
Building at Grab.
I joined Grab in Singapore as a senior software engineer, working on consumer transport booking journeys. In 2020, I moved into delivery products, contributing to both driver and consumer applications.
2012 – 2018
Moving into mobile.
I joined Upcast as a part-time startup contributor. After its acquisition by ArcosJet in 2014, I led software engineering across iPhone and iPad apps, APIs, and web software. Our work included an aircraft-sales application with interactive 3D views and interior panoramas.
2006 – 2012
Starting on the web.
I began my professional engineering career at SpaceBox, building web applications, including a tiled-image viewer for an art gallery. I then worked in travel technology, developing search tools, backend processing, and internal software.
